Hosting and international transfers
Taxi Express — Jonathan Jérôme Lambert, sole trader, 44 Résidence Mahogany, 97117 Port-Louis, Guadeloupe — controls the processing of journey requests. Woobox LLC, through Hatchable, acts as a technical data processor. According to written confirmation from support dated October 18, 2026, Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides hosting, database, storage and transactional email services in the United States, where personal data is processed. Hatchable states that it uses EU Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers. The data processing agreement (DPA), full subprocessor list and applicable contractual safeguards remain to be verified. Hatchable privacy policy.
Legal bases: steps requested before entering into a contract and performance of the agreed service, legal obligations regarding transport and accounting, and legitimate interests for security and abuse prevention.
Recipients: Taxi Express, its email provider, Hatchable and necessary technical providers. Embedded Google/Trustindex reviews may contact external providers when displayed; see the cookie policy. A temporary hashed technical identifier helps limit abusive form submissions. The form sends a request; it does not automatically confirm the ride.
